The Sensing process in the province of Bavaria has begun! In this initial phase, it's about "pausing and perceiving."

Currently, we are collecting thoughts, considerations, and experiences on the topics of communication, project organization, and cultural sensitivity. A specialized questionnaire was developed, created within the team, and sent to decision-makers to incorporate all opinions and gain insights into the three core themes.
